Hansen’s Preschool Consulting was founded from a deep passion for education and community building. With over 14 years of teaching experience across the Philippines, Singapore, and the United States, we witnessed both the urgent shortage of quality childcare teachers in Iowa and the abundance of highly skilled Filipino educators seeking opportunities abroad.
Our mission is simple yet powerful: to bridge the childcare staffing gap in Iowa while empowering Filipino teachers with life-changing opportunities and giving back to children in underserved communities in the Philippines.
